The issue was related to Oxiana (Cambodia) Limited, a foreign subsidiary of Oxiana Limited that later became a part of the Oz Minerals group, and the allegations were about activity in Cambodia between November 2006 and October 2009. The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions decided not to take it to court. The AFP says the company has cooperated with a criminal investigation into the allegations, which was finalised in September last year.
